再过两三天就是冬至了，在我们这边都是要吃水饺的，老人常说冬至吃了水饺才不会被冻掉耳朵。今天给大家分享饺子皮以及饺子的各种花式做法，简单营养，馅料也更加丰富多彩。
饺子皮
食材：普通面粉300克、凉水150克、食用盐2克

1）面粉、食用盐、凉水搅拌在一起，先简单揉成团之后密封松弛10分钟，然后继续揉成光滑的面团，继续密封松弛半小时以上。
? 饺子皮稍微劲道一点才好吃，用凉水和面更好不过。
? 食用盐可以增加面粉的筋 *** ，如果家里有饺子粉的话可以直接省略这个步骤。
2）面团松弛好之后再借助干面粉来擀饼皮，擀好之后用圆形的模具压出来，就是一个个饺子皮的形状了。
3）还有另外一种做法，松弛好的面团直接搓成长条，下成大小均匀的面团，再一一按扁，擀成中间厚四周薄的饺子皮即可。
彩色果蔬水饺
煎饺的做法和普通饺子差不多，区别就是包出来水饺之后需要用油煎到底部上色，然后再倒入蛋液。
